Please read the following Policies as listed below.
Training Programs and Workshops (Onsite): All programs have limited space. A non-refundable deposit is included in your first tuition payment, at your initial registration time. Full payment is due four weeks before the program starts. If you must cancel, the non-refundable deposit is not refundable nor transferrable. If you cancel with a 30-day or greater notice a refund of tuition paid, less deposit, is given. If you cancel within 30 days of the program, sorry, refunds will be given only for an Act of God. Once the program begins, no refunds are given for withdrawal from the program.
All Online Programs: If you do not wish to attend an online program after receiving access to our membership area, you must contact us within 48 hours to receive a full refund. Two weeks after a program begins, no refunds are given for withdrawal from the program, and access to the online learning tutorials ceases. Some programs can be delayed due to an Act of God.
All International Programs: A non-refundable deposit is due when you register. If you must cancel, the non-refundable deposit is not refundable. If you cancel with a 60-day or greater notice, a refund of tuition paid, less deposit, is given. If you cancel within 60 days of the program, sorry, but absolutely no refund will be given. No exceptions will be granted to this above policy. Once the program begins, no refunds are given for withdrawal from the program.
Deposits are not transferable, nor any other payment, from one year to the next.
We reserve the right to cancel programs with inadequate enrollment. In this case, all monies paid to Kathy Pike will be fully refunded.
Eligible refunds will be paid by check. If Kathy is called away due to family emergencies or natural disasters, her program assistants will lead the program until her return.
