The course is a combination of detailed instructional (and inspirational) video tutorials, audios, including meditations, processes, worksheets, and rituals to engage you and your horse on a variety of levels to ensure your success. The One with Horse transformational program is beyond riding, and riders are also welcome! Most exploration takes place on the ground and can also be easily transferred to riding.
