Hybrid program (ten weeks online with weekly mentoring). EFLC Level One teaches individuals to learn the horses’ way through authentic expression, energy, and emotional intelligence. You move beyond fear or trepidation toward strength, clear intuition, and the ability to hold sacred space as an equine-based learning facilitator.

Online Program: The Horse Spirit Connection Journey Through this wisdom stream, you attune to a more refined way of being—one rooted in sensitivity, awareness, and alignment. Who is this for? Individuals ready for an in-depth apprenticeship program that will teach them how to facilitate many equine-based learning sessions and coaching models, apply for the Yearlong EFLC Certification Program.  Enrollment is now open for 2025. The certification program is a hybrid of online learning and onsite training, with direct mentoring from Kathy.
