Programs are offered in the areas of:
Public Programs –Areas of focus include: expanding ones authentic expression, creativity, emotional and energetic awareness, finding one’s purpose and passion, life and business transitions, and communication skills.
Leadership – Leadership programs are designed to help individuals and teams develop self-management skills, trust their natural wisdom and express heart centered power. While engaging with horses individuals gain tools for assertiveness, inspiring others to greatness, creating respectful relationships/teams and proficiency in non-verbal communication skills.
Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching Apprenticeship Program – Week long programs teach the skills needed to facilitate equine based learning experiences. There are three levels of learning in the Apprenticeship program which will positively shift your effectiveness as a leader, teacher, healer, counselor, and communicator. Learn key tools for coaching with horses and transfer these tools to all areas of your life. Custom designed for people seeking tools and skills to enhance their lives and relationships as well as for those wishing to employ horses in their professions.
Equestrian - Mind Body Method Coaching processes help equestrians reach higher levels of communication, connection, and performance with their horses. Competitive equestrian’s benefit by learning tools to move through blocks to create success with their horse. Through engaging the invisible connection, rider and horse become united in harmony. Private sessions also help individuals learn tools to overcome fears from accidents with horses.
Life Coaching One-on-one coaching programs provide cutting edge processes to help people excel personally and professional. I coach people to make conscious choices in their work and life. Through the process of living from the inside out they lead fulfilling authentic lives.
