Refund Policies
Please read the following Policies as listed below.
Lodging Rates, Single versus Double Rate:
In some special programs where lodging is included as part of a package, you are given the choice between a single or a double room. We are happy to let you know if there are other students who request to share a room to qualify for the double rate, and will put you in touch with each other and assist in coordinating any necessary details. However, it is not always the case that we have multiple requests, and so a single person in a room would therefore be billed at the rate for single occupancy.
Horse Wisdom Library Memberships:
Memberships are charged annually. Your credit card will be billed 365 days from the date that you joined. Email Support when you are ready to discontinue your membership. Allow 72 hours for your membership to be cancelled. This membership does not replace any EFLC training programs. They are designed to help support one’s growth in this special line of work and in their relationship with others and their horses. There are no refunds for past months of membership.
Personal Growth Programs and Workshops:
Programs have limited space. A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. Full payment is due four weeks before program start, Cancellations four weeks before workshop date receive 50% refund (less deposit), no refunds after that. If you can not attend you may find someone else to fill your spot.
EFLC Levels One through Level Four--Week-long Training programs/Apprenticeship Programs:
A non-refundable deposit is due at the time you register.
If you must cancel, the non-refundable deposit is not refundable.
If you cancel with a 45 day or greater notice, full refund, less deposit is given.
If you cancel within 45 days of program, 50% of total tuition (less deposit) is refunded.
Within 14 days of your program, sorry but absolutely no refund will be given. No exceptions will be granted to this above policy.
Once program begins no refunds are given for withdrawal from the program.
Please note: We are sorry but injury or illness does not automatically disqualify you from our cancellation policies. Considerations are given for family or personal emergencies and are discussed on a one-to-one basis.
Deposits are not transferable or any other payment from one year to the next.
We reserve the right to cancel programs with inadequate enrollment. In this case all monies paid to Kathy Pike of Horse Wisdom Programs will be fully refunded.
Eligible refunds will be paid by check.
All International Programs:
A non-refundable deposit is due at the time you register.
If you must cancel, the non-refundable deposit is not refundable.
If you cancel with a 60 day or greater notice, full refund, less deposit is given.
If you cancel within 60 days of program, 50% of total tuition (less deposit) is refunded.
Within 30 days of your program, sorry but absolutely no refund will be given. No exceptions will be granted to this above policy.
